Deze nieuwe testopstelling is het eerste <a href=\"http:\/\/www.afprofilters.nl\/nieuwe-iso-16890-standaard-vervangt-en779-2012\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ISO 16890<\/a> testkanaal in Nederland en is werkend te zien in het laboratorium in Alkmaar. Dit nieuwe testkanaal voor luchtfilters is bedoeld om luchtfilters te testen volgens de nieuwe ISO16890 standaard. De nieuwe mondiale standaard voor luchtfilters vervangt zowel de EN779:2012 als de ASHRAE 52,2-2.008.<\/p>\n<p>De nieuwe ISO16890 standaard verschuift de focus van filterprestaties naar het formaat van de te filteren deeltjes fijnstof (PM). De testcriteria zijn daardoor realistischer dan de op theorie\u00ebn gebaseerde EN779: 2012 normering. Deze nieuwe\u00a0 ISO16890 standaard sluit aan op de behoefte vanuit de markt om de prestaties van de luchtfilters te toetsen aan realistische omstandigheden.<\/p>\n<p>Joost Verlaan, Vice President van AFPRO Filters: &#8220;Bescherming tegen <a href=\"http:\/\/www.afprofilters.nl\/pm1-fijnstof\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">PM1 fijnstof <\/a>is onderdeel van onze bedrijfsstrategie. De introductie van de nieuwe ISO16890 standaard versterkt onze strategie. De nieuwe ISO16890 testopstelling stelt ons in staat om al onze luchtfilters volgens de nieuwe standaard te testen en het is een grote stap voorwaarts voor onze R&amp;D-afdeling.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Onno Kooijman, hoofd R&amp;D bij AFPRO Filters: &#8220;De testopstelling bevat draai- en beweegbare secties met buizen waarin de filters eenvoudig kunnen worden ge\u00efnstalleerd. Een geconditioneerde luchtstroom wordt geladen met kleine deeltjes. Op deze manier krijgen we informatie over de toenemende druk en de effici\u00ebntie van de luchtfilters, en worden de filters in de juiste klasse ingedeeld. Met deze innovatieve manier van testen kunnen we er zeker van zijn dat al onze luchtfilters voldoen aan de strikte eisen van de ISO16890 standaard.
