Duurzaamheid en besparen gaan hand in hand in Nissewaard Onder de rook van Rotterdam ligt de gemeente Nissewaard, in 2015 ontstaan uit een fusie van Spijkenisse en Bernisse. \u201cDe gemeente heeft ongeveer 400 panden in beheer, waaronder het stadhuis, de bibliotheek en de parkeergarage.
