Our Inside Sales department plays a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our customers, offering tailored solutions, and providing exceptional service. We are currently looking for <strong>Customer Service Representatives<\/strong> to join our team in Alkmaar, who will specialize in handling inquiries from our <strong>German-speaking <\/strong>customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Description:<\/strong><br>As a <strong>Customer Service Representative<\/strong>, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and providing the best possible technical and commercial solutions. You will serve as a key point of contact for our German-speaking customers, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of their inquiries and issues. You will collaborate with various internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Handle technical, commercial, and logistical inquiries from German-speaking customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage incoming and outgoing calls and emails, ensuring clear and prompt communication with German-speaking customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collaborate with internal departments (Order Entry, Logistics, Finance) for timely and accurate deliveries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Create and activate customer accounts on AFPRO Online.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage customer returns, complaints, and issue resolution efficiently.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continuously work on service improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintain accurate records in CRM of customer interactions, orders, and service requests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Experience:<\/strong> any experience in customer service, telephone sales, or consultative selling is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Languages:<\/strong> Fluent in German (both spoken and written) and good in English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technical Skills:<\/strong> Familiarity with CRM systems, Power BI, and AX software is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Soft Skills:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong communication and active listening skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Service-minded with a customer-focused approach.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues and other departments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highly accurate and detail-oriented in handling customer information and orders.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What We Offer:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A dynamic and supportive team environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Opportunities to gain experience in a reputable international company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Competitive salary and benefits package for the duration of the contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A positive and inclusive workplace culture.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to Apply:<\/strong><br>If you&#8217;re a proactive and customer-oriented individual with fluent German skills and are interested in this position, we would love to hear from you!
