Sales Director

The future needs clean air. That is our mission at AFPRO Filters. We are growing very fast and currently we are looking for an entrepreneurial, analytical and sales driven Sales Director. Our company is a world leading manufacturer and distributor of airfilters and face masks with locations in Europe, China and Australia. As a Sales Director you are responsible for countries within the AFPRO Filters Group and work closely with the International Sales Director. Your daily tasks and responsibilities:

  • Leading role in managing AFPRO’s offices worldwide;
  • Design a sales strategy for new business in other countries;
  • Engaging with key stakeholders;
  • Use your experience in program management;
  • Apply tactical business development skills including data usage enhancing sales;
  • Build product portfolio strategies and build company roadmaps based on market experience, future trends analysis, consolidating country inputs & future plans;
  • Own the analysis of the market, competition and customer needs in the filter market and deliver propositions to sales team by using and building market intelligence;
  • Report to and able to replace the International Sales Director.

Your expertises and skills:

  • You are a real sparring partner with an analytical and strategic mind set;
  • A Master degree in e.g. Business Administration;
  • Minimum of 5 years business development/sales/strategic marketing experience;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Cross-functional knowledge and experience working with R&D, sales, and/or customers;
  • Full time available;
  • Pragmatic, result driven and go-getter.
