Il s\u2019agit de l\u2019un des plus gros centre du genre au nord de Paris. Engie Cofely, qui travaille en collaboration constante avec ce Data Center a tout mis en place pour r\u00e9duire la consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de ce b\u00e2timent, \u00e0 titre d\u2019exemple, des techniques de Free Chilling (M\u00e9thode de rafra\u00eechissement consistant \u00e0 apporter de la fra\u00eecheur avec des techniques \u00e0 tr\u00e8s basse consommation) sont \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153uvre au sein de la structure. Des outils de contr\u00f4le et de suivi de la d\u00e9pense \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \ufb02eurissent \u00e9galement au sein du b\u00e2timent. <\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span class=\"fontstyle0\">Johan Blasiak, responsable de site pour Engie Cofely, explique sa collaboration avec AFPRO Filters sur le site: <span style=\"color: #e40425\">\u00abUn data center est un endroit physique qui se caract\u00e9rise par le nombre de machines, les serveurs, qui rassemblent des donn\u00e9es informatiques. <\/span><\/span><span class=\"fontstyle2\" style=\"color: #e40425\">Fonctionnant sans interruption, les data center abritent les serveurs de calcul et de stockage qui produisent de la chaleur et n\u00e9cessitent d\u2018importantes ressources \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques pour alimenter les syst\u00e8mes de climatisation en charge de les refroidir. C\u2019est dans ce contexte qu\u2019intervient notre collaboration avec AFPRO Filters\u00bb.<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h4><span class=\"fontstyle3\" style=\"color: #005faa\">La qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019air, une question cruciale pour un Data Center<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle0\">M. Blasiak, responsable du site, explique bien sa mission au sein du Data Center <em>\u00abNous agissons en tant qu\u2018exploitant sur le Data Center. En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, nous avons les cl\u00e9s du b\u00e2timent concernant son entretien et sa maintenance. L\u2019aspect \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique est au c\u0153ur de nos actions, nous avons pour missions d\u2019assurer la continuit\u00e9 de l\u2019alimentation \u00e9lectrique du b\u00e2timent. En effet, les Data Center doivent \u00eatre aliment\u00e9s en permanence, ils tournent 24h\/24h, 7j\/7, 365 jours par an. Aussi, la s\u00e9curisation de l\u2018approvisionnement \u00e9lectrique est primordiale : une coupure de courant, ne serait-ce que de quelques secondes, est inenvisageable, puisque son fonctionnement ininterrompu concerne avec lui les r\u00e9seaux informatiques de plusieurs dizaines d\u2018entreprises\u00bb.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-13028 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.afprofilters.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/\/2016\/12\/visual-edc-data-center.png\" alt=\"data center\" width=\"686\" height=\"353\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.afprofilters.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/visual-edc-data-center.png 686w, https:\/\/www.afprofilters.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/visual-edc-data-center-300x154.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 686px) 100vw, 686px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle0\">A propos de l\u2019am\u00e9nagement du Data Center M. Blasiak d\u00e9clare : <\/span><em><span class=\"fontstyle2\">\u00abNous utilisons des solutions de gestion de l\u2019hygrom\u00e9trie et d\u2019\u00e9conomie d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 permettant de r\u00e9duire la consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et l\u2019empreinte carbone du site. Tout cela intervient dans une logique d\u2019optimisation du PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) et de r\u00e9duire l\u2019empreinte carbone du site. <\/span><\/em><span class=\"fontstyle0\"><em>En termes de solutions de filtration, nous utilisons des filtres G4 pour les groupes \u00e0 temps 0, l\u2019admission d\u2019air des moteurs diesels, les CTA et les armoires \u00e0 eau glac\u00e9s. Evidemment, nous ne sommes pas dans des salles blanches, mais presque, car notre client exige un air propre et sans poussi\u00e8re compte tenu de l\u2019importance du r\u00f4le des Data Center. Par ailleurs, nous avons des groupes de froids qui produisent de l\u2019eau glac\u00e9e, celle-ci est ensuite transf\u00e9r\u00e9e par un r\u00e9seau de distribution. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette technique nous pouvons refroidir les salles data, avec pour objectif une temp\u00e9rature visant les 22\u00b0C en int\u00e9rieur. Le maintien \u00e0 cette temp\u00e9rature permet de pr\u00e9venir tout incident d\u00e9fectueux\u00bb<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #005faa\">La maintenance d\u2019un Data Center r\u00e9pond \u00e0 des exigences strictes<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle2\">G\u00e9rer la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019air dans un data center est complexe, Johan Blasiak, Responsable de site chez ENGIE Cofely explique parfaitement la probl\u00e9matique de son client <\/span><em><span class=\"fontstyle3\">\u00abLa structure compte 2000 m\u00b2 d\u00e9di\u00e9s aux serveurs qui exigent une absence de poussi\u00e8re, c\u2019est \u00e9galement le cas pour les machines de production. Afin d\u2019\u00e9viter tout temps d\u2019arr\u00eat, nous utilisons des groupes \u00e9lectrog\u00e8nes ainsi que des groupes \u00e0 temps 0\u00bb<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span class=\"fontstyle2\">Arnaud Dissaux, responsable commercial AFPRO Filters dans le Grand Nord, explique les contraintes li\u00e9es au Data Center concernant les exigences strictes en mati\u00e8res de qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019air <\/span><span class=\"fontstyle3\" style=\"color: #e40425\">\u00abEngie Cofely et AFPRO Filters ont travaill\u00e9 main dans la main afin d\u2019assurer une qualit\u00e9 d\u2019air optimale pour le Data Center. En effet, une mauvaise qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019air pourrait perturber la performance des armoires de stockage et cela se compte en temps d\u2019arr\u00eat qui ont pour cons\u00e9quences de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer des co\u00fbts et d\u2019entacher la r\u00e9putation d\u2019une entreprise. L\u2019information repr\u00e9sente plus que jamais un \u00e9l\u00e9ment vital du capital d\u2019une entreprise. La conserver, la s\u00e9curiser et l\u2019exploiter devient crucial dans la comp\u00e9tition \u00e9conomique actuelle et future. Engie Cofely doit rester conforme \u00e0 la certification MASE. Ils doivent tous deux r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 des normes en termes de qualit\u00e9 environnementale notamment pour les rejets polluants du Data Center. M. Blasiak donne plus de d\u00e9tails et ajoute <\/span><em><span class=\"fontstyle3\">\u00abNous devons montrer patte blanche sur la gestion des d\u00e9chets. Ce r\u00e9gime s\u2019applique sur le Data Center en raison de la puissance d\u2019exploitation du site sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 20 m\u00e9gawatt. La puissance thermique combin\u00e9e au technique de Free Chilling engendrent une grosse consommation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique\u00bb.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<h4><span class=\"fontstyle0\" style=\"color: #005faa\">Les services aussi importants que les produits<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle2\">M. Blasiak avait des objectifs pr\u00e9cis quant \u00e0 la maintenance du site, aussi bien en termes de d\u00e9lais d\u2019approvisionnement qu\u2019en termes de fiabilit\u00e9 et d\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des produits. <em>\u00ab Il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019avoir des \u00e9quipements fiables pour le bon fonctionnement du Data Center. Disponible et r\u00e9actif, l\u2019\u00e9quipe AFPRO Filters r\u00e9pond rapidement aux interrogations.
