AFPRO manufactures, supplies and specializes in the development of sector-specific products. In our research and development laboratory we develop products to order in close consultation with the customer.
Different sectors require different filter applications. AFPRO has specialized in the following markets:
HVACThe air around us consists of 78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen and 1% various gases and solid particles. That last component includes things like inert gases, carbon dioxide, particulate matter, salts and exhaust gases from traffic and industry. Although one percent does not seem like much, it is this single percent that determines whether the air quality is low or high. Lower air quality makes living conditions less healthy.
Hospitals
Good air filtration in hospitals is essential to keep the number of post-operative wound infections (POWI) to a minimum. The healthcare inspectorate (IGZ in the Netherlands) sets stringent requirements for the quality of the air supplied inside hospital operating rooms. In 2010, every hospital was obliged to submit an air management plan to the IGZ specifying how the air quality was guaranteed.

(Gas)Turbine
AFPRO Power System introduces a special product range for air inlet systems of turbines. The new product line consists of heavy duty stiff bag filters, compact cassette filters with modular design for filter systems and offshore applications suitable for extreme conditions.
AFPRO Power Systems has laboratories at different locations where the products are developed and tested extensively so the optimum quality can be guaranteed. Afpro filters test the filters for you and perform real-life tests in order to calculate the life cycle costs and optimize the efficiency and the costs of your air inlet system.
